Today it is four days after my first marathon, that I ran in Överkalix on Saturday. My time: 3.59.28. I reached my goal. But my legs tell me that I should have prepared myself better.
I have also started to work for the summer at a delivery company and that suits me fine. In spare time i try to go through my score to the first symphony a last time before I leave it to Svensk Musik.
The weather is really fine, about 24 C, like it use to be in this area in the summer. Dry and moderately warm. Today the festival Festspel i Piteå älvdal begins. I will visit at least one concert.
